Key Programs

Early Career Development Talks

Early Career Development coordinates webinars on various topics, from computer graphics career advice to tutorials on specific technical knowledge.

Resume & Reel Reviews (R3)

Searching for that first internship or job can be a daunting process. Early Career Development removes some of the guesswork by providing professional advice and opinions to ACM SIGGRAPH Student Members.

Conference Apprentice Program (CAP)

The Conference Apprentice Program (CAP) is a unique opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes perspective on everything involved with an ACM SIGGRAPH Executive Committee or a specific SIGGRAPH Conference program.

As a Conference Apprentice, you will either take on a specific role on an ACM SIGGRAPH Executive or SIGGRAPH Conference Committee. You will be mentored by an ACM SIGGRAPH or SIGGRAPH Conference Committee member and have the opportunity to build your SIGGRAPH network by meeting and learning from the professionals, creators, educators, and visionaries who make SIGGRAPH possible.

Student Volunteers

Early Career Development provides multi-year continuity to the SIGGRAPH Student Volunteers, ensuring that the program runs efficiently each year and that any proposed changes are strategic, sustainable improvements. We also help vet candidates for each year’s Student Volunteers Chair and maintain the Student Volunteers Chair Handbook.
