- In what capacity and for how long have you known the applicant?
- What are the specific skills and interests of the applicant with respect to computer graphics?
- Can you provide a candid assessment of what it's like to work with the applicant?
- What is the applicant's level of commitment to completing tasks as evidenced by past experiences?
