Committee Chair Candidates Sought

SIGGRAPH Asia 2016

Call for Student Volunteers

SIGGRAPH Asia 2016 seeks student volunteers to head to Macao, China this December. Student volunteers can expect to take part in a wide variety of conference programs, connect with computer graphics professionals, access exclusive student volunteer sessions and experience all that SIGGRAPH Asia has to offer with a full conference registration. Vist the SIGGRAPH Asia 2016 website for more information.

Election Timeline Change

Beginning this year, newly elected directors of ACM SIGGRAPH will take office in September instead of July. The rationale behind the change is to increase member participation in the election process. A large percentage of our members attend SIGGRAPH, and by moving back the election timeline, the election can be publicized at the conference. SIGGRAPH 2016 will include a BOF session (Thursday from 12-1) providing members the opportunity to meet the EC candidates in person.
