Standard Technical Session Presentation Equipment and Room
2001 provides the following presentation equipment for each
technical session room. Layouts for each technical session
room are posted below the list of presentation equipment.

(2) Video projectors (capable of projecting up to 1280 X 1024
(1) Matrix routing switcher (allows any source to be routed
to either or both video projectors).
(2) Xenon slide projectors. (In West Hall A and B, slides
are projected by the video projectors via slide to video converters).

All rooms are equipped with high quality stereo sound systems
for microphones, playback sources, and computer audio.
In Paper and Panel rooms there is an additional projection
screen behind the podium used to project camera images of
the presenter. (West Hall A and B, Petree C and D).

To ensure that you have the equipment necessary to make your
presentation look great, SIGGRAPH 2001 provides a generous
array of presentation technology in the session rooms. The
standard setup includes dual slide projectors, two screens,
two high resolution video/data projectors, a VHS VCR, a Betacam
VCR, an audio cassette player, a CD player, a standing lectern,
a laser pointer, two microphones, two Pentium III PCs and
a Macintosh G4.
