Project Details
- "The VEAT is a three-dimensional interactive tutor designed to teach and refresh students on the fundamentals of air traffic control."
- Using virtual environments, voice recognition, 3D sound, and artificial intelligence (AI) in an adaptive training system, the tutor provides a customized learning experience to individual students without the presence of an instructor. In addition, the virtual world can be made specific to an airport, providing on-site training and allowing for faster site certification while reducing training costs.
