Project Details
- "HORIZONS by TeleCommunity" is an ongoing project in which young students from around the world express ideas, art, culture, and personal insights in a dialogue about past, present, and future.
- Participants exchange perspectives through multimedia imagery, QuickTime movies, and network exchange (interactive pieces, videoconferencing, email, ftp transfer, etc).
- Participants include students working at the Duquesne University School of Education in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, YBG Studio for Technology & The Arts in San Francisco, California, New Orleans Center for Creative Arts in New Orleans, Louisiana, local high schools in Los Angeles, California, Israel Museum Youth Wing in Jerusalem, and K-bit Institute and CGT Kids World in Japan.
