Project Details
- "Virtual Lepidoptera" is a full-immersion, stereoscopic VR presentation in which over 350 species of butterflies are available for study.
- "Participants are surrounded by hundreds of flocking butterflies. Holding a species of flower attractive to butterflies, the user manipulates it as a control wand to select a particular insect for closer study.
- The entire experience further enhances active study of worldwide species in a learning context that engages the senses deeply.
