Project Details
- "In the SmartScene immersive scene-assembly environment, this virtual playspace is assembled into an ever-changing and infinitely variable world. Several players at various physical locations share a common, collaborative space for assembling these scenes."
- Players work with a head mounted display and Pinch gloves using virtual snap cursors positioned between thumb and forefinger. With pinch gestures they can move and orient themselves, grab objects, and interact with available toolboxes. Spatial audio and ambient music also plays a strong role in enhancing the experience.
- This virtual reality play environment extends the familiar Lego toyset into a powerful distributed paradigm.
