Project Details
- "Vibescape" is a virtual audio real-time experience that enables SIGGRAPH 96 attendees to create unique soundscapes in 3D space.
- "The virtual environment produces 3D localized audio in four-channel surround sound, creating a totally immersive audio environment. Attendees can lose themselves while standing, sitting, or lying on the Sonic Wave Floor, a carpeted matrix of subwoofers that delivers deep tissue massage."
- "Soundscapes are based on algorithms dealing with physics, gravity, artificial intelligence, and above all, the user."
