- "In this CD-ROM and World Wide Web virtual support group, newly diagnosed women explore medical information and survivors' personal stories about breast cancer and treatment options."
- CD-ROM as a format, even with high bandwidth Internet connections, is desirable for the aesthetic quality of interactivity. Accessibility affects the experience, so viewing privacy from within the home is comfortable and convenient, even if not connected to a high-speed Internet connection.
