Project Details

"'Project ESE' is an electronically simulated architectural/landscape 'walk-through' space: a virtual reality world of ancient Aztec temples and a contemporary museum of Mexican and Chicano art, design, and culture."

The presentation consists of a VR walkthrough enabled by a Cyberface 3 system from LEEP. The display is boom mounted articulated manipulator. The imagery and content was developed using Intel-based PCs, LEEP Systems' software, and various commercial CAD and rendering packages.

Project ESE creates a sense of audio and visual immersion to impress the sense of scale and sound of ancient sites.
