Project Details

"Menagerie" is a "telepresence" and "virtual experience" medium around a "fully immersive virtual environment inhabited by virtual characters especially designed to respond and interact with users."

A visitor becomes "visually and aurally immersed in a 3D computer-generated environment that is inhabited by many virtual animals. Using a stereoscopic boom-viewer and sound cues, the user becomes surrounded by a vast presence of virtual creatures.

"Menagerie" advances technology and experience with sensing presence in a synthetic or remotely sensed environment.
