Project Details
- "Landslides and Debris Flows" is a hands-on interactive multimedia presentation produced for education of the general public in a non-technical and entertaining format.
- The user can select from 10 different short presentations that describe causes and show devastation that can result from landslides and debris flows.
- Using examples from the San Francisco Bay Area, public awareness is increased about these natural disasters that caused 25 deaths and US$66 Million in property damage in 1982 alone.
