Project Details
- A conceptual demonstration for virtual space design of Boeing aircraft systems.
- Using a VPL DataGlove and Eyephones interface, user input is channeled through a Macintosh IIfx running design-phase software. Information is rendered by SGI 4D/300 VGX workstations and presented to the Eyephone display gear.
- VSX was designed to enable intense human interaction with computer simulations including applications such as designer or pilot evaluations of aircraft digital designs.
