Project Details

A multimedia exhibit to enable exploration of information, video, and animation from the JPL Viking Orbiter database as a simulation of a visit to Mars. 
 
This hypermedia presentation includes flyby animation path selection (seamless exploration of precomputed animation), Dolby Surround sound audio cues, and multi-lingual presentation of information. 
 
Designed as a public-space exhibit to enable people of all ages to navigate and explore information about the Mars planet.
