Shape Modeling International (SMI) provides an international forum for the dissemination of new mathematical theories and computational techniques for modeling, simulating and processing digital representations of shapes and their properties to a community of researchers, developers, students, and practitioners across a wide range of fields.
SMI 2015 is organized by – and will be held at – Télécom Lille (cité scientifique, Villeneuve d’Ascq, France).
CAD/Graphics 2015 is affiliated with the Chinese Computer Federation (CCF) and is a biennial international conference. It provides a worldwide forum for international researchers and developers to exchange new ideas on computer-aided design, computer graphics, electronic design automation and visualization to explore new ideas and trends.
The Eurographics Symposium on Geometry Processing (SGP) is a highly-respected venue for disseminating new research ideas and cutting-edge results in geometry processing. In this research area, concepts from mathematics, computer science, and engineering are studied and applied to offer new insights and design efficient algorithms for acquisition, modeling, analysis, manipulation, simulation and transmission of complex 3D models.
October 31 is the last day for early bird registration for the joint conference ICAT-EGVE (the 24th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence, and the 20th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments). The conference will take place in Bremen, Germany from December 8-10, and will be held in cooperation with ACM SIGGRAPH.
In 1994 the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg started an event that intended to put graduates from German Film and Media Schools in touch with the industry. It was labeled "Film and Media Exchange" and was supposed to take place every two years. With its high-quality presentations by international speakers, boothes and workshops by soft- and hardware vendors and additional partner events, it became an immediate success. After 1998 it changed its subtitle to "Congress for Digital Media Production".
The Third Argentine Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, Telecommunications, Informatics and Scientific Information (HCITISI 2014) is set to take place in Córdoba, Argentina, from November 13 to 14.
The ACM SIGSPATIAL International Conference on Advances in Geographic Information Systems 2014 is the twenty-second event in a series of symposia and workshops dedicated to GIS. ACM SIGSPATIAL 2014 will take place from Nov 4 to 7 in Dallas, Texas, with the aim of bringing together researchers, developers, users, and practitioners to engage in interdisciplinary discussions and to foster collaborative research on all aspects of geographic information systems.
HCITISI 2014 is the intersection of the formal and factual sciences aimed at human-computer interaction, telecommunications, informatics and scientific information. The goal is to know the latest breakthroughs and the immediate trends, and also in the long term, of each one of the disciplines that make up the sets of the areas of knowledge we approach.
ICAT-EGVE 2014 is the merger of the 24th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT 2014) and the 19th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE 2014) in Bremen, Germany. This international event will be a unique opportunity for researchers, developers, and users to share their experience and knowledge with virtual reality, as well as augmented reality, mixed reality and 3D user interfaces.
The ACM SIGSPATIAL International Conference on Advances in Geographic Information Systems 2014 (ACM SIGSPATIAL 2014) is the twenty-second event in a series of symposia and workshops that began in 1993 with the aim of bringing together researchers, developers, users, and practitioners in relation to novel systems based on geo-spatial data and knowledge, and fostering interdisciplinary discussions and research in all aspects of geographic information systems.
