This
year's Computer Animation Festival featured a broad, international selection of the
industry's most outstanding animations, performances, and interactions.
Computer graphics was illustrated as product, media, and process in the four festival
venues: the Electronic Theater (excellence in the breadth of our community);
the Animation Theater programs (excellence in the depth of our industry); the
sigKIDS Theater program (a SIGGRAPH first: excellencethat inspires
young people); and, in honor of the 25th conference celebration, the Classics Show (excellence of our history that has led us to where we find ourselves today).
