Duties: At 9:00 am and 2:00 pm a head count should be taken. A SIGGRAPH staff member will come around to collect counts. Please be prepared with your counts at that time.
Policy on Children: If a child is wearable meaning they do not walk, the parent must have the child in a sugglie, backpack, etc. The child cannot be carried nor can they be in a stroller. If the child becomes fussy the parent must leave immediately or you will have to ask them to leave quietly. For problems with uncooperative parents, contact the conference management office.

Duties: Attendees with the following badges are allowed to enter the coures

Be on the lookout for people who appear lost or ill, and be ready to help them or find someone who can.

Pay close attention for things starting to go wrong: room too hot or too cold, door is squeaky, break schedule being ignored, etc. Contact your Team Leader or someone on the courses committee.

Disallow attendees to stand in the back of the room or inside the door when seats are available. This is a serious safety hazard.

Be prepared to answer questions from attendees. Know where the bathrooms and the break refreshments are located.

Recording equipment of any kind is NOT ALLOWED in the meeting room - this includes cameras, tape recorders, video recorders of all kinds.
