Does late-breaking submission have a later deadline for upload of materials, like general submission?
No. The complete submission and all its uploaded materials must be provided by the single late-breaking deadline.

I finished my project but missed or forgot the general-submission deadline, or I had technical problems submitting to the general deadline. Can I submit the project as late-breaking work?
No. The late-breaking deadline is a limited opportunity for hot-off-the-presses work. Late-breaking submissions that describe work completed before the general deadline will be rejected without review.

My general submission or Technical Paper was rejected. Can I resubmit it as late-breaking work?
No. The late-breaking deadline is a limited opportunity for hot-off-the-presses work. Late-breaking submissions that describe work completed before the general deadline will be rejected without review.
