SIGGRAPH 2008 has negotiated discount rates for hotels in Los Angeles. These discounts are available to SIGGRAPH 2008 attendees only. Please make your hotel reservation by 11 July 2008. Reservations made after 11 July will be based on availability only and rates may increase.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of one night's room and tax is required for each room reserved.
- After 25 July, your confirmed hotel may charge your non-refundable deposit to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s).
- SIGGRAPH 2008's deposit policy supersedes any individual hotel's deposit policy.
Group Bookings
Groups may use the group booking online to reserve up to 29 rooms. For groups requesting more than 29 rooms use the contract posted to request rooms. The contract can also be requested by contacting the SIGGRAPH 2008 Travel Desk at the phone and email listed above. All groups should carefully review all the policies and procedures. If you book less than 30 rooms through the group booking service, the SIGGRAPH 2008 Travel Desk may ask you to provide names and arrival and departure dates immediately.
Shuttle Service
SIGGRAPH 2008 provides complimentary shuttle service between most conference hotels and the Los Angeles Convention Center.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The SIGGRAPH 2008 Shuttle service is available only to attendees who register at official conference hotels through the SIGGRAPH 2008 hotel reservation system. Those attendees will receive a wristband upon check-in that allows them to board the shuttle buses. Attendees who are not registered at official conference hotels will be allowed to purchase wristbands. Attendees without wristbands will not be allowed to use the shuttle service.
