Refund and Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before Wednesday, 25 July. No refunds will be issued after this date. There is a $US75 cancellation fee. Exhibits Plus and Exhibits Plus One Day registrations are not refundable.

Substitutions Deadline
Substitutions must be made in writing and received before Wednesday, 25 July in order to be processed in advance. Email requests to SIGGRAPH 2007 Registration. In order to request a substitution at SIGGRAPH 2007, you must present, at the special assistance desk, a written request on company letterhead in addition to any previously mailed meeting credentials.
