Fast and Adaptive Color-to-Grayscale Conversion

Fine Feature Preservation in HDR Tone Mapping
An HDR tone-mapping technique that preserves "fine" image features (sharp specular highlights and significant textures) by using techniques originally developed for shot-noise reduction.
