True 3D Display Using Laser Plasma in the Air
|
|
|
This display device uses the plasma emission phenomenon near the focal point of focused laser light. By controlling the position of the focal point in the x, y, and z axes, it displays real 3D images constructed by dot arrays in the air. |
Enhanced Life
This is the first successful attempt to use laser plasma to display "true 3D images" in a space where there is nothing but air.
Goals
Make laser-produced characters or images for information, amusement, emergency information, or advertising in the sky.
Innovations
Laser-produced plasma in the air is used to creates dots that are assembled into true 3D images floating in space.
