How to Submit Your Work
Working Artists and Collaborative Projects
Complete the online SIGGRAPH 2006 Guerilla Studio Submission Form. The online submission system includes instructions on how to complete the online form. When you begin the form, your submission will be assigned a submission identification (ID) number that will be used to identify your submission throughout the review process.

If, due to bandwidth restrictions, you cannot upload a high-resolution image or supplemental movies, please instead upload a lower-resolution version. If you need to include a high-resolution version for jury review and publication stills, put these on CD-ROM or DVD(+,-)ROM. You must identify your supporting materials with your online submission ID number. Please use appropriate judgment when submitting supplementary materials. We accept the following supplementary media types:
You are responsible for supplying the necessary equipment for your project as well as set-up and tear down. If the project can be presented in the Guerilla Studio, the technology there is available for your use, if it doesn't need to be significantly changed or adapted.

Requirements
All Working Artist and Collaborative Project submissions must be submitted online only and must include:
- Proposed project title, project group name, number of project members, project dimensions.
- Visual examples (digital sketches, photos, schematics, etc) that illustrate your proposal. Please submit enough imagery to effectively communicate your proposal.
- Three digital images of three different past projects. They should be the highest quality possible, pixel resolution of at least 1500 x 1200 (or the highest possible screen-grab), TIFF files, no compression, MAC or PC platforms. Images must be submitted in digital format. File names should reflect the project title and date completed.
- If necessary, please include additional images of past projects.
- One or more videos of past projects in a cross-platform viewable format, if applicable (QuickTime, MPEG).
- URL to web site (this does NOT replace the information required on the submission form).
- A detailed floor plan (PDF) including minimum floor space required, dimensions of all components, lighting, audio, power, and network requirements. Include a list of required hardware and software that you will provide. Include a list of hardware and software that you would like to work with in the Guerilla Studio.
- Guerilla Studio project intent/description. In no more than 600 words, explain: the interactive/collaborative nature of your project, how your project will work at SIGGRAPH 2006, how you intend on involving Guerilla Studio staff and SIGGRAPH attendees in your project, how you'll integrate Guerilla Studio technologies into your project, what technology you will be working with if it is not available in the Guerilla Studio.
- Presentation format. In no more than 300 words, explain how you intend to present your collaborative project in the Guerilla Studio or, if necessary, some other space. Essentially, how do you intend to bring all of your work from the Guerilla Studio into an ongoing or final presentation. Presenting your project as it develops or when it's completed in the Guerilla Studio space or possibly another space is a requirement for project acceptance!
- Artist statement. In no more than 300 words explain your creative and conceptual methodologies. As an artist, what inspires you, and what are you trying to communicate through your work? How is collaboration an essential component of your creative process?
- Technical statement. In no more than 200 words, explain how digital and/or electronic technology is integrated and integral to your work. You can also include in this section technical issues involved in the collaborative nature of your project.
