The International Center's goal is to enhance SIGGRAPH 2006's multi-cultural flavour by encouraging the international community to submit their work, attend the conference, and participate in all conference sessions, activities, and events.

Working behind the scenes of the International Center is a team of volunteers from all over the world who form the International Resources Committee. Before, during, and after the conference, this committee promotes computer graphics and interactive techniques worldwide, helps international contributors prepare and submit their work, and helps international attendees get the best experience they can from the conference.

In order to make international attendees' experience of SIGGRAPH 2006 as exciting and magical as it can be, the following services are offered by the International Resources Committee:
We welcome any questions you might have, as well as any suggestions on what you might need from the International Center that we don't presently provide. Contact the International Resources Chair if you need any more information or have any suggestions.

We would not be able to provide the high level of service we do without the good work of our International Resources Committee who volunteer their time. If you would like more detailed information on what being a committee member entails, please fill out this online form.

If you are a student, you are invited to apply to be a SIGGRAPH 2006 Student Volunteer. We are always looking for students who are fluent in languages other than English to act as translators and guides. For complete information, see the Student Volunteers Call for Participation.
