How to Submit Your Work

Who Should Submit
Use the checklist below to ensure that your submission is complete and meets all applicable program requirements.

Complete the online SIGGRAPH 2006 Educators Program Submission Form. There you will find instructions on how to complete the online form. When you begin the form, your submission will be assigned an online ID number that will be used to identify your submission throughout the review process.

Your proposal must be submitted in MS Word or PDF, and must include: If your proposal is accepted, you will be required to submit a PDF document for publication. The document must conform to these specifications:
Paper Size: 8.5 inches by 11.0 inches (21.59cm by 27.94cm)
Top Margin: 0.75 inch (1.905 cm)
Bottom Margin: 1.0 inch (2.54 cm)
Left Margin: 0.75 inch (1.905 cm)
Right Margin: 0.75 inch (1.905 cm)
Columns: Two (2) columns, each 3.33 inches (8.46 cm) wide
Column Gutter: 0.34 inches (0.84 cm) column gutter
Title Text: 14pt Arial or Helvetica, bold, centered
Affiliation Text: 10pt Times or Times Roman, centered
Body Text: 9pt Times or Times Roman, justified on 10pt leading
Caption Text: 9pt Times or Times Roman, centered under figure
Section Headings: 10pt Arial or Helvetica, bold, flush left, numbered

Examples of published Educators Program documents: Customs
Submitters located outside of the United States should note that customs delays of up to two weeks could occur. Customs labels should bear the words: "Educational material with no commercial value." SIGGRAPH 2006 will not pay any customs fees, duties, or tariffs incurred by your submission.
