Congratulations on being conditionally accepted to SIGGRAPH 2003 Emerging Technologies!
The following links contain information important to a successful presentation.
Please read this information carefully and complete all tasks by the deadlines.
Keep in mind these deadlines are very tight, and as the next few months will
be a very busy time for all involved, we are asking for your help in completing
everything by the deadlines.

Acceptance Agreement
Due Friday, 7 March 2003
The acceptance agreement explains the uses SIGGRAPH makes of presented material
and requires you to acknowledge that you have the rights to use this material.
Please download, print, complete, and sign this form, then send it via postal
or courier service, or fax it, to SIGGRAPH 2003.

Please follow the publication guidelines as closely as possible and send the
required PDF document as well as the source document.
Presenter Information Form
Due Friday, 7 March 2003
The presentation information form is a tool we use to gather as much information
as we can about your presentation needs. The information you provide on this
form is used to provide the equipment, lighting, rigging, networking, electricity,
furniture, and space you require to present your project successfully at SIGGRAPH
2003. Please be sure to fill this form out carefully, and please contact us
with any questions you may have.
Equipment Rental Forms
Due Monday, 10 March 2003
- Rentsys Computer Rental
Form: Rentsys, Inc. is the official computer supplier for SIGGRAPH
2003. You will find pricing information on the form.
- AVW-TELAV Audio Visual
Form: AVW-TELAV Audio Visual Solutions can supply audio or visual
equipment that you may need to rent during SIGGRAPH 2003. Pricing information
is on the rental agreement form.
- Telephone Service Contract: SIGGRAPH 2003 cannot pay for private telephone
lines to your booth. If you would like to have a private telephone line,
please complete the Telephone Service Contract. SIGGRAPH 2003 will forward
your order to the San Diego Convention Center and help to ensure your line
gets installed.
Equipment Insurance
Due 21 March, 2003
SIGGRAPH 2003 insures equipment while it is located at the San Diego Convention
Center, during SIGGRAPH 2003, 27-31 July 2003, provided that all information
on the form is completed and returned.
Donor Recognition Request Form
Due 16 May 2003.
SIGGRAPH 2003 displays donor information on at least two banners at the San
Diego Convention Center and on the SIGGRAPH 2003 Web site. We also send thank-you
letters to donors. Please use this form to provide all of the required information
on your donors.
Emerging Technologies Access List
Due 16 May 2003
To make sure your staff has access to the Emerging Technologies area during
set up, tear down, and before or after conference hours, please provide a list
of people who will be working on your project at the convention center. The
names you provide will be given to SIGGRAPH 2003 security, so they can be granted
access to the Emerging Technologies before and after daily conference hours.

Student Volunteer Request
Due 16 May 2003
A limited number of Student Volunteers may be available to help you. They can
help set up, direct traffic, or even help run your presentation. These volunteers
can provide an excellent resource, and can help to make your experience at
SIGGRAPH 2003 more enjoyable. If you would like to request student volunteer
help, please indicate the number of volunteers and the times you will need
them. It is also important to describe what you plan to use the volunteers
for, so that we can provide volunteers with appropriate skills. Contact April
Ramey for further information.
Shipping Information (1.47 MB PDF)
This PDF document includes complete instructions for shipping your work to and from SIGGRAPH 2003. Please plan to have your materials arrive at the convention center one day before you plan to set up your presentation. Your materials will be delivered to your area.
You are responsible for insuring your equipment during shipment (to and from SIGGRAPH 2003) and storage. Your work is insured while it is on display at the San Diego Convention Center (27-31 August) IF you complete and submit an Equipment Insurance Form. Suggestions on how to obtain additional insurance coverage are provided in the shipping documents.
