SIGGRAPH 2003 strives to make your presentation the best it can be by providing all necessary audio/visual equipment at no cost to you. Special requests will be reviewed and accepted or rejected based on merit to the conference vs. cost.

NOTE: 35mm SLIDE PROJECTORS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY AS A SPECIAL REQUEST

SIGGRAPH 2003 encourages online computer demonstrations that enhance your presentation. It is important to let the staff at AVW-TELAV Audio Visual Solutions know if you will supply any equipment that must be interfaced with the AV equipment in the session rooms (for example, computers, DVD players, digital cameras, etc.).

All presentation rooms will be connected via the network to the Speaker Prep server using the AVW-TELAV Integrated Presentation Server (IPS) system.
