Please
note that our application deadline has passed and we are
no
longer accepting applications for Student Volunteers.
Each year, student volunteers provide a vibrant energy
and enthusiasm to the annual SIGGRAPH conference. As an
integral part of SIGGRAPH, student volunteers support
the various programs and events hosted at the conference.
Student Volunteers may serve in several support roles
at the conference, ranging from audio/visual systems to
interpreters and crowd control. "On-duty" volunteers are
often the first responders to attendee questions, providing
valuable information and direction that enhance the conference
experience.
As they provide essential support to the conference, students
also have an opportunity to gain insight and knowledge
of the computer graphics industry and discover lasting
friendships. Other benefits include opportunities to meet
and collaborate with computer graphics industry professionals,
association with the world's premier computer graphics
conference, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
The Student Volunteer Program is looking for reliable,
hard-working, independent, and enthusiastic student volunteers
who want to help create the world's premier computer graphics
conference.
