Full Day Courses
Each full day course will receive registration for six (6) course presenters and travel for four (4) course presenters.

Half Day Courses
Each half day course will receive registration for three (3) course presenters and travel for two (2) course presenters.

Tutorials
Each tutorial will receive registration for two (2) course presenters and travel for one (1) course presenters.

Travel includes air fare, 2 nights lodging, and 2 days meals (up to $50 per day). Please note that this is different from previous years where you received a $50 per diem per day (with or without receipts). Meals will only be paid with receipts.

Course Organizer fees covers up to $600.00 per course with receipts. Acceptable Course Organizer fees include purchase of supplies, printing costs, slide production costs, etc.
