Provisos
Companies
may only apply for the use of one display unit in Startup
Park.
Startup
Park exhibitors may place display material on their counter
as long as the material fits the dimensions of the counter
area and does not extend above the panels.
Nothing
may extend beyond the 9-foot height limitations, or be set
on the floor. Startup Park exhibitors may use velcro to display
materials that promote company identity or products.
Sound
levels will be strictly monitored to ensure that they do not
infringe upon the rights of neighboring exhibitors.
SIGGRAPH
2001 reserves the sole right to determine eligibility of an
organization to participate in Startup Park
Equipment/Furnishings
Exhibit
furnishings include a display unit and stool. The only additions
exhibitors may add to their space are light fixtures and two
additional stools. These can be obtained obtained solely from
the SIGGRAPH 2001 General Service Contractor at an additional
cost.
