All registered SIGGRAPH 2000 attendees were eligible to participate. Résumés from non-registered individuals were not accepted. Résumés were posted in one of the following categories:
Career Mentoring Services were also offered during the conference. Industry professionals were available to discuss attendees' computer graphics careers and general questions on the computer graphics industry.

Career Center job posting services were provided for SIGGRAPH 2000 exhibitors free of charge and to non-exhibitors for a $600 service fee. A discounted fee for qualified educational institutions was available.

SIGGRAPH 2000 distributed company collateral for participating companies. If provided, this information was set out for attendees to acquire.
Résumé Forwarding Service
SIGGRAPH 2000 attendees had the opportunity to review job postings and request that the Career Center staff forward their résumés to specific companies. This service was only offered for companies that have agreed to accept résumés.
Interview rooms were available for companies to schedule up to two hours of time to interview potential employees.

SIGGRAPH 2000 provided links to the Web pages of participating companies.
