This Issue
As 2007 comes to a close and the November issue ushers in the new year, I would like to thank all of the people that have contributed to ensure that there is content for each quarterly e-publication. I am pleased that the SIGGRAPH community has become more and more responsive in inquiring about and making submissions to enrich the nuances in content .
This issue Peter Petersen, a Danish Artist residing in Spain, writes about his own working process as a digital artist. Givon Zirkind has submitted an interesting paper on his research in the area of digital fingerprinting. Chapters reporters give a summary of impressions from SIGGRAPH 2007 and we get an overview of what is in store in the article "SIGGRAPH Asia".
There were additional articles intended for this issue, but will not appear until Volume 42, Number 1.
Again, thank you for the year that has been. I look forward to getting some great articles from members for the next issues to be published through 2008.
