Here are two documents that explain the process of arranging for a SIGGRAPH 2012 Co-located Event.
In order to request space in the Los Angeles Convention Center, the completed Space Request Form must be received by the Executive Committee Project Manager, Erin Butler, erin_butler@siggraph.org no later than Friday, 4 May, 2012.
