The Chair is responsible for overseeing all of the Committees year-round operations including the branding, physical presence and organization of the “SIGGRAPH Village”, the content and online presence of siggraph.org, as well as the development and management of other content assets and membership communications such the Membership Resource Guide, the Announcements listserv and e-Quarterly.  The Chair is also responsible for developing and/or maintaining programs and initiatives that serve as membership benefits, while developing a yearly budget within the Committee works.  Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of ACM SIGGRAPH, and hands-on experience in maintaining budgets and successfully working with teams. A good knowledge of web and content development, graphics, marketing and branding would help the successful candidate. The Chair is expected to maintain and grow the SIGGRAPH community of members and loyal supporters and the time commitment for this position is approximately 20 hours per week.  This position serves at the discretion of the ACM SIGGRAPH Executive Committee has a three-year term of service. The reporting structure is a quarterly update and yearly written report to the Board; the Chair will not attend Executive Committee meetings unless at the invitation of the President.
