Motion (Brown, Hansmann) to approve the minutes of the November conference call.

Stephen Spencer presented the proposed publications budget. ACM SIGGRAPH publications include the newsletter, Computer Graphics, and both printed and electronic documentation of the annual conference.

Barb Helfer presented the proposed budget for the vice president. This budget includes symposia (all conferences or workshops other than the annual conference), awards, project grants, traveling art show, and external relations with other conferences or organizations.

Werner Hansmann presented the proposed budget for the broad range of education committee activities.

All of the initial proposed budgets have been presented, with questions and discussion, over email and the past three conference calls. Final approval of the entire budget for Fiscal Year '04 is on the agenda for the Executive Committee meeting on January 17-19, 2003.
