The SIGGRAPH Conference is extremely diverse in both the home of
its attendees and their occupations, as can be seen from the demographics data
from SIGGRAPH 2000.
26% of all the attendees are from outside the U.S. with Canada and Japan being
the most represented.
The state with the highest number of attendees is always
California and the next state is usually the local attendees (SIGGRAPH 2000 was
held in New Orleans).
It can be seen that the SIGGRAPH Conference attracts
attendees from many different professional areas.
