Upon acceptance, Student Volunteers are deemed to have committed themselves to volunteer for a total of either 16 or 24 hours during the conference.

In return for this commitment, all Student Volunteers will receive a Conference Access Badge, equivalent to Full Conference registration without the conference documentation. Additionally, all Student Volunteers who completely fulfill their commitment are eligible to receive a copy of the Full Conference DVD-ROM.

Student Volunteers who fulfill 24 hours or more but do not live in Singapore, are eligible to receive up to five nights of accommodation. For housing selected SVs will be notified with their acceptance notification. Further information on accommodation will be provided upon acceptance as a Student Volunteer.

All volunteers are responsible for their own travel to and from Singapore. The availability of meal vouchers and tickets to events and receptions, for Student Volunteers who fulfill their commitment, will be announced at a later date.
