Look Who's Recruiting at SIGGRAPH Asia 2009

SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 has partnered with CreativeHeads.net and Works Corporation Inc., the publisher of the monthly magazine CGWORLD and organizer of Creative Job Expo, to produce a first-class job fair. The Job Fair is absolutely the best place at the conference for employers to meet with thousands of active and passive jobseekers from around the globe, ranging from rookies breaking into the creative industries to seasoned pros.

In addition to the booth space, Job Fair companies will receive six job-posting credits to advertise their projects and jobs across the CreativeHeads.net Job Board Network and on Twitter, Facebook, the SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 site (English and Japanese versions), and Kurihaku.jp. This will allow companies to connect with SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Jobseekers before, during, after the conference.

Employers can choose from two packages:

Job Fair Booth Package
For companies that want to reserve a booth in the SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Job Fair.

Recruitment Package
For SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 exhibitors that do not want to reserve a Job Fair booth but still want to post jobs, search through an organized database of SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 jobseeker attendees, and recruit candidates before, during, and after the conference. This package includes all of the same marketing components of the Job Fair package excluding the booth area, use of the interview rooms, and six free Exhibits Only passes.

Job Fair Booth Package
On or before 1 September 2009: $US 5,900 (¥590,000)
After 1 September 2009: $US 6,300 (¥630,000)
(includes 5% Japanese Consumption Tax)

Interview Rooms
Equipped with one table, four chairs, TV/DVD unit, electrical outlet, high-speed internet access. These rooms will be located on the Job Fair floor. All Job Fair companies will have access to four interview rooms and must schedule time for their use with Koelnmesse Pte Ltd. each day of the Job Fair.

Six Free Exhibits Only Passes
Provided to companies for their Job Fair booth staff.

Six 60-Day Job Posting Credits
Companies can use these six posting credits 30 days prior to the start of SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 (17 November 2009). The postings will appear across the entire CreativeHeads.net Job Board Network and on Twitter, Facebook, the SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 site (English and Japanese versions), and Kurihaku.jp, where they will reach millions of creative professionals each month around the globe!

Inclusion in SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 HEADSUP! Jobs eNewsletter
Participating companies will have their jobs spotlighted in one issue of the HEADSUP! along with their company logos and booth locations. The HEADSUP! weekly eNewsletter is sent to 300,000+ experienced artists, animators, programmers, designers, technical directors, producers, and writers from the related creative-content industries.

Placement on the Look Who's Hiring At SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Page
A prominent Look Who's Hiring at SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 banner ad will appear on the CreativeHeads.net Job Board Network, Twitter, Facebook, the SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 site (English and Japanese versions), and Kurihaku.jp. This banner ad will take users to a landing page with all of the Job Fair company logos linked to their job postings.

Special SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Search Interface
The interface will be integrated on the CreativeHeads.net Job Board Network, SIGGRAPH 2009 English and Japanese versions, and Kurihaku.jp, so jobseekers can easily find companies that are posting jobs and recruiting at SIGGRAPH Asia 2009, and apply for their jobs. A red, green. and blue SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 logo will also identify companies that are recruiting at the conference.

Terms and rules governing the SIGGRAPH ASIA 2009 Job Fair (PDF)

Recruitment Package
On or before 1 September: $US 1,840 (¥184,000)
After 1 September: $US 2,100 (¥210,000)
(includes 5% Japanese Consumption Tax)

In November, employers who purchased a SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Job Fair Booth and/or Recruitment Package will receive a unique username and password to access their secure CreativeHeads.net/SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Job Center, where they will be able to upload the jobs they ordered 30 days prior to the start of SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 (17 November 2009).
