| Intersections
#1 is an image from a large body of work that weaves the time and
space of captured moments, objects, and places into synthesized realities.
Original photographs were scanned and digitally integrated to blend
them into a new domain. The blended images were further manipulated
by hand in paint software. The result evokes a tension between what
appears as a simple reality and an unsettling illusion. |
