Mural for New York City
This mural presents the tumult, diversity, longings and energies of
humanity. The recurrence of rectangular imagery echoes the rectangular
''windows'' of our age -- video, film, the floating windows of computer
screens. The tiles echo comtemporary pixels. Embedded in the mural
are real-time and pre-recorded video and pre-recorded sounds.
