Motion: The EC approves Jackie White as the SIGGRAPH Conference Advisory Group Chair
for 2008-2011.

Motion: The EC supports the public presentation in a manner that achieves high visibility of the following Computer Animation Festival awards: Best of Show, and Juried Award.

The following amendment to the above motion was unanimously accepted:
The EC accepts the SIGGRAPH Conference Advisory Group proposal for the Computer Animation Festival Awards with the awards that are to be given out are the “Best of Show” and Jury Award. However, the EC suggests that the Jury Award exists in multiples, are not ranked, and up to the number of 5 given per year. The citation will include what the award is for.

Motion: The EC recommends to the SIGGRAPH Conference Advisory Group that present and past ACM SIGGRAPH Award Winners would be eligible for access for early attendance to the contributors reception. This special attendance is restricted to one person per award.

Motion: The Chair of the Small Conference Committee will post their recommendations of all conferences (sponsored co-sponsored, in-cooperation including small conferences workshops and symposia) to the EC to give them an opportunity to review.

Motion: In order for a small conference, workshop or symposium to co-locate with the SIGGRAPH or SIGGRAPH Asia Conferences, two criteria must be satisfied: A) Approval of the respective CAG/Conference Chair, and B) Approval of in-cooperation, co-sponsored or sponsored status from the Small Conferences Committee.
